随笔10--致敬偶像Heinlein的不朽作品STARSHIP TROOPERS

Nobody knows what time the story actually commenced or transpired but one thing is of absolute certitude that it must happen in times in the future, far more distant than people could conceive.

Numberless celestial bodies exist in the universe either within our current knowledge or imagination; some got destroyed by this reason or that; some vanished mysteriously and a replacement came in for placing it; some fell to some other planets. No one knew who created and caused all of these behind stage so that religions and notions that the Creator is the starter of everything were given birth to by different creatures of different planets. Moreover, partialcreatures, by some unknown faiths, even firmly believed that the universe they reside in is not the mere one as there are untold numbers of parallel universes that coexist in the same time which no one has access to or could have the access when their cultures are powerful enough to create a machine by which they could travel from one space to another.

Stars beyond stars, lightyear after lightyear, a planet of deep azure whose culture is now highly-advanced is like at the other end of the space, now bearing a striking resemblance to another one by the name of Saturn, one of the former's counterparts in the same system called SOLAR, as the deep blue planet also has a similar ring around it like an embellishment of magnificence, at the first sight of which, viewers would be astonished to the bone. However, by a much closer view, the ring would be considered to be a tremendous structure with tons of long and thick tube-like items protuberant from the surface of the ring, with their spearheads aiming at the planet in an extremely ferocious fashion as though the ring itself, like a gigantic mouth of a titan, is about to swallow up the star like a mouthwatering meatball.
