GB 2890-2022 英文版/外文版 呼吸防护 自吸过滤式防毒面具 GBT 2890-2022 英文版/外文版 GB/T 2890-2022 英文版/外文版 前言 本文件按照GB/T1.1-2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规定起草。 本文件代替GB2890-2009《呼吸防护自吸过滤式防毒面具》,与GB2890--2009相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下: a) 更改了过滤件的定义、呼吸导管的名称(见3.5、3.11,2009年版的3.5、3.10),增加了综合过滤件的定义(见3.6); b) 更改了过滤件分类和标记(见4.3,2009年版的4.3); c) 更改了面罩一般要求,增加了测试方法(见5.1.1、6.2、6.23,2009年版的5.1.1); d) 更改了面罩可燃性要求(见5.1.3,2009年版的5.1.3) e) 将“面罩呼气阀盖”更改为“面罩呼气阀保护装置”,增加技术要求和测试方法(见5.1.4.1、6.5,2009年版的5.1.4.1); f) 删除了全面罩呼气阀气密性技术要求及测试方法[见2009年版的5.1.4.2a)、6.5]; g) 更改了面罩泄漏率的技术要求及测试方法(见5.1.5、D.2,2009年版的5.1.5、6.6); h) 更改了面罩吸气阻力的技术要求及测试方法,增加了面罩呼气阻力的技术要求及测试方法,删除了面罩呼气阀阻力的技术要求和测试方法(见5.1.8、D.5,2009年版的5.1.8、6.9、6.10); i) 更改了面罩观察眼窗的技术要求及测试方法(见5.1.9、6.11、6.12,2009年版的5.1.9、6.11); j) 增加了全面罩整体气密性技术要求及测试方法(见5.1.12、6.15); k)将过滤件“外观”更改为“一般要求”,增加了测试方法(见5.2.1、6.2、6.23,2009年版的5.2.1); l) 更改了过滤件通气阻力的技术要求和测试方法(见5.2.3、E.2, 2009年版的5.2.3、7.5); m) 更改了过滤件致密性的要求(见5.2.4,2009年版的5.2.5); n) 删除了过滤件排尘量的技术要求及测试方法(见2009年版的5.2.4.7.6); o) 删除了过滤件强度的技术要求及测试方法(见2009年版的5.2.6、7.8); p) 将“综合过滤件的滤烟性能”更改为“综合过滤件颗粒物防护性能”,并修改技术要求和测试方法(见5.2.5、6.21,2009年版的5.2.7、7.9); q) 将“过滤件的标色及防护时间”更改为“过滤件标色"和“过滤件防护时间”,并修改过滤件标色和过滤件防护时间的技术要求和测试方法、删除防护对象举例(见5.2.6、5.2.7、表6、E.5,2009年版的5.2.8、表5、7.10); r) 更改了面罩呼吸导管测试样品要求(见表A.1,2009年版6.14.1); s) 增加了实用性能技术要求和测试方法(见5.3、附录F); t) 更改了面罩测试方法和过滤件测试方法为规范性附录,增加预处理方法规范性附录(见第6章、附录B、附录C、附录D、附录E,2009年版的第6章、第7章); u) 删除了检验规则(见2009年版的第8章); v) 更改了标识的有关要求,并增加包装要求(见第7章,2009年版的第9章)。 请注意本文件的某些内容可能涉及专利。本文件的发布机构不承担识别专利的责任。 本文件由中华人民共和国应急管理部提出并归口。 本文件所代替文件的历次版本发布情况为: ——1982年首次发布为GB 2890- 1982 ; ——1995年第一次修订为GB 2890- 1995; ——2009年第二次修订时,并入了GB/T2891-1995《过滤式防毒面具面罩性能试验方法》的内容(GB/T 2891- 1995的历次版本发布情况:GB 2891.1~6- 1982) .GB/T 2892- 1995《过滤式防毒面具滤毒罐性能试验方法》的内容(GB/T2892--1995的历次版本发布情况: GB 2892.1~12- 1982); ——本次为第三次修订。 呼吸防护自吸过滤式防毒面具 1 范围 本文件规定了自吸过滤式防毒面具的分类及标记、技术要求、标识.包装和制造商提供的信息,描述了试验方法。 本文件适用于基于自吸过滤原理的防毒面具。 本文件不适用于缺氧环境、水下作业、逃生和消防热区用自吸过滤式防毒面具。 2 规范性引用文件 下列文件中的内容通过文中的规范性引用而构成本文件必不可少的条款。其中,注日期的引用文件,仅该日期对应的版本适用于本文件;不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。 GB/T 2428-1998 成年人 头面部尺寸 GB 2626- 2019 呼吸防护自 吸过滤式防颗粒物呼吸器 GB/T 5703-2010 用于技术设计的人体测量基础项目 GB/T10586-2006 湿热试验箱技术条件 GB/T 10589-2008 低温试验箱技术条件 GB/T 11158-2008 高温试验箱技术条件 GB/T 12903-2008 个体防 护装备术语 GB/T 23465-2009 呼吸防护用品实用性能评价 GB 30864-2014 呼吸防护动力送风过滤式呼吸器 GB/T 32166.2- -2015 个体防护装备 眼 面部防护职业眼 面部防护具第2部分:测量方法. 3 术语和定义 GB/T 12903- 2008 界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。 3.1 自吸过滤式防毒面具 non-powered air-purifying gas mask 靠佩戴人员自主呼吸克服部件阻力,防御有毒有害气体或蒸气、颗粒物(如毒烟、毒雾)等危害其呼吸系统或眼面部的净气式防护用品。 3.2 全面罩 full mask 与面部密合,能遮盖住眼、面.鼻、口和下颌的面罩。 3.3 半面罩 half mask 与面部密合,能遮盖口和鼻,或覆盖口、鼻和下颌的面罩。 3.4 防护时间 protective time 在规定条件下,测试介质从开始通入过滤件至测试介质透过过滤件浓度达到限定值时的时间。 3.5 过滤件 gas filter 滤毒盒 cartridge 滤毒罐 canister 自吸过滤式防毒面具使用的,可滤除吸入空气中有毒气体和(或)蒸气的过滤组件。 3.6 综合过滤件 combined filters 可同时滤除吸入空气中有毒气体和(或)蒸气及颗粒物的过滤组件。 注:防颗粒物组件可进行更换的综合过滤件为组合式,防颗粒物组件不可进行更换的综合过滤件为整体式。 3.7 吸气阀 inhalation valve 只允许吸入气体通过其进入面罩,防止呼出气体通过它排出面罩的单向阀门。 3.8 呼气阀 exhalation valve 只允许呼出气体通过其排出面罩,防止吸入气体通过它进入面罩的单向阀门。 3.9 面罩泄漏率 inward leakage; IL 在规定的条件下,受试者吸气时泄漏入面罩内的模拟剂浓度与吸入空气中模拟剂浓度的比值。 3.10 死腔 dead space 从前一次呼气中被重新吸入的气体的体积。 注:用二氧化碳在吸入气体中的体积分数表示。 3.11 呼吸导管breathing hose 用于连接面罩与过滤件的气密性软管。

. In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the following main technical changes have been made with respect to GB 2890-2009:
a) The definition of filter (as named in Edition 2009; renamed as gas filter hereof) and the name (Chinese name) of breathing hose are changed (see 3.5 and 3.11 hereof; 3.5 and 3.10 of Edition 2009), and the definition of combined filters is added (see 3.6 hereof);
b) The classification and labelling of gas filters are changed (see 4.3 hereof; 4.3 of Edition 2009);
c) The general requirements for masks are changed and the corresponding test methods are added (see 5.1.1, 6.2 and 6.23 hereof; 5.1.1 of Edition 2009);
d) The flammability requirements for masks are changed (see 5.1.3 hereof; 5.1.3 of Edition 2009)
e) The "exhalation valve housing for mask" is replaced with the “exhalation valve protection device for mask" and the corresponding technical requirements and test methods are added (see 5.1.4.1 and 6.5 hereof; 5.1.4.1 of Edition 2009);
f) The technical requirements and test methods for airtightness of exhalation valves for full masks are deleted [see 5.1.4.2a) and 6.5 of Edition 2009];
g) The technical requirements and test methods for the inward leakage are changed (see 5.1.5 and D.2 hereof; 5.1.5 and 6.6 of Edition 2009);
h) The technical requirements and test methods for inhalation resistance of mask are changed, those for exhalation resistance of mask are added, and those for exhalation valve resistance of mask are deleted (see 5.1.8 and D.5 hereof; 5.1.8, 6.9 and 6.10 of Edition 2009);
i) The technical requirements and test methods for the observation visors for masks are changed (see 5.1.9, 6.11 and 6.12 hereof; 5.1.9 and 6.11 of Edition 2009);
j) The technical requirements and test methods for the overall airtightness of full masks are added (see 5.1.12 and 6.15 hereof);

l) The technical requirements and test methods for air penetration resistance of gas filters are changed (see 5.2.3 and E.2 hereof; 5.2.3 and 7.5 of Edition 2009);

n) The technical requirements and test methods for the dust extraction capacity of gas filters are deleted (see 5.2.4 and 7.6 of Edition 2009);
o) The technical requirements and test methods for the strength of gas filters are deleted (see 5.2.6 and 7.8 of Edition 2009);
p) The "smoke filtering performance of combined filters" is changed to “particulate protection performance of combined filters" and the corresponding technical requirements and test methods are modified (see 5.2.5 and 6.21 hereof; 5.2.7 and 7.9 of Edition 2009);
q) The "coloring and protective time of gas filters" is changed to "coloring of gas filters" and "protective time of gas filters”, the technical requirements and test methods for coloring of gas filters and protective time of gas filters are modified, and examples of protection objects are deleted (see 5.2.6, 5.2.7, Table 6 and E.5 hereof; 5.2.8, Table 5 and 7.10 of Edition 2009);
r) The requirements for testing samples of breathing hose are changed (see Table A.1 hereof; 6.14.1 of Edition 2009);
s) The technical requirements and test methods for practical performance are added (see 5.3 and Annex F hereof);
t) The test methods for masks and those for gas filters are changed into normative annexes, and the normative annex - Pretreatment methods are added (see Clause 6, Annexes B, C, D and E hereof; Clauses 6 and 7 of Edition 2009);
u) The inspection rules are deleted (see Clause 8 of Edition 2009);
v) The requirements related to labelling are changed and packaging requirements are added (see Clause 7 hereof; Clause 9 of Edition 2009).

1 Scope
This document specifies the classification and labelling, technical requirements, marking and packaging of non-powered air-purifying gas masks and the information provided by the manufacturer, and describes the test methods.
This document is applicable to gas masks based on the non-powered air-purifying principle.
This document is not applicable to non-powered air-purifying gas masks used in anoxic environment, underwater operations, escape and firefighting hot zones.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 12903-2008 and the following apply.

non-powered air-purifying gas mask
air-purifying protective equipment that relies on the wearer's own breathing to overcome the resistance of the parts and protect against toxic and harmful gases or vapours, particulates (such as toxic fumes and mists), etc. which are harmful to the respiratory system or the eyes and face

full mask
mask that fits snugly over the face and covers the eyes, face, nose, mouth and jaw
3.3
half mask
mask that fits snugly over the face and covers the mouth and nose, or covers the mouth, nose and jaw
3.4
protective time
duration required for the concentration of the test medium in mask to reach the limit once the test medium starts to be introduced in through the gas filter under the specified conditions
