主体段：

第一段:An ageing population problem is the fee of health medical treatment will surge a lot, which will put pressure on taxpayers.The most part of medical needs and fee will happen in old age.

It is necessary for the government to spend a large amount of money in taking care of the elderly

第二段：随着年龄较大的工作者数量的增加

As the number of older workers increase,the slow pace of work is another problem.People’s ability to absorb information and process work will decrease with the increasing age.They might have a negative on the productivity and profitability in the company if the older prolong working lives.

第三段：

For another side,many people who postpone retirement and extend career lives have very valuable experience and wisdom.since people enjoy a longer lifespan, they will choose to stay in the workforce and become experts in their field of work.They can work as the consultants and are willing to teach their knowledge and skills t o young people. For example,some experienced managers teach the youngster how to manager a company and how to provide better service to clients.

结尾：寿命的急剧延长

All in all，the sharp extension of lifetime have already imposed a burden on health care in many countries and output of labor force. It will have a damaging effect on economic development although we can make use of the elderly’ wisdom .
