Answer 答案：

At least 8 minutes after ROSC, since the changes on an early ECG could reflect ischemia due to no/low blood flow more than to ischemia due to coronary artery pathology.

至少在ROSC后8分钟，因为在此之前的心电图改变更有可能反应由无或低血流而不是冠状动脉病变引起。
