Frequently misunderstood as a particular group of people, the youth should actually be portrayed as a vital helm of the ship to the destination – a new era.

青少年常常被归为特殊群体，而他们更应当被看作是驶往新时代巨轮的主舵手。

Dating back to ancient China, the youth played an essential role of the society，and the youth were always the core of the era regardless of generations.

将时钟拨回到古代中国，青年就已经是社会中的重要角色；无论何朝何代，他们都是时代的核心。

Upon a new era coming, when facing a weak China, the youth devoted themselves to searching for a way to save their motherland. The new China is unique in positively searching for a different system, awakening the awareness and defending against Fascism persistently.

在新时代到来之际，面对积贫积弱的中国，青年全力以赴救亡图存。新中国的独立自主，在于其制度的探索，人民的觉醒，抗战的坚持。

With the new China rapidly developing, more and more youths have shown up at the stage of construction of socialism, where we can have a slight glance of Wang Jinxi, Jiao Yulu and so forth.

随着新中国迅速发展，越来越多青年出现在社会主义建设一线，我们可以从王进喜、焦裕禄等人看到他们的风采。

The era bestows the responsibilities on youths，whereas the youth attempt to make a new start of an era.

时代造青年，崭毫书新篇。

Today, the new era is infused with chances. For China, it is accumulating power to ascend the summit. For its youths, it means that they have adequate room and opportunity to pioneer realizing the Chinese Dream.

今朝机遇无限，青年蓄势起翩。拓海帆正扬，创新筑国昌；共赴中国梦，青年正担当。

While Gen Z is still perceived as little children, actually, they take up many important fields in the society. According to existing data, Gen Z has taken up almost 20% in many important fields such as science, education and so forth.

虽仍被看作憧憧幼者，青年在许多重要领域已然领军：据统计，近五分之一的青年在许多重要领域发扬光彩，如科技、教育领域诸等。

We, the teenagers, are now in the transition from beneficiaries to pioneers. How can we become more confident? Telling Chinese stories, a tremendous option, helps to form a profound thinking towards our motherland and increase our abilities to dedicate ourselves to the new era.

我们青少年，正处在从受益者向开拓者的转变之中。那么，少年应如何更加自信自强？讲中国故事，就是一个不错的选择，有助于我们对祖国形成深刻的思考，增加我们为新时代献身的能力。
