ATTO 647 is rhodamine-based fluorescent label for the red spectral region that has similar spectral properties to Cy5. It has strong absorption, high fluorescence quantum yield, high thermal and photostability, and its absorption and fluorescence are independent of pH from 2 to 11. ATTO 647 is suitable for single-molecule detection applications, high-resolution microscopy (such as SIM, STED), flow cytometry (FACS) and fluorescence in-situ hybridization (FISH).
