mPEG-NH2 是一种含有氨基的单官能甲氧基聚乙二醇衍生物之一。氨基与羧酸、活性酯等反应,羧基和许多其他胺反应性官能团在水性缓冲液或有机溶剂中快速反应。氨基官能PEG可用于通过其游离的伯胺基团修饰蛋白质,多肽,抗体,颗粒和其他材料,降低多肽和蛋白质的免疫原性。

Mpeg-nh2 is one of the monofunctional methoxy polyethylene glycol derivatives containing amino groups. The amino group reacts with carboxylic acid and active ester, and the carboxyl group and many other amine reactive functional groups react rapidly in aqueous buffer or organic solvent. Amino functional peg can be used to modify proteins, polypeptides, antibodies, particles and other materials through its free primary amine groups to reduce the immunogenicity of peptides and proteins.

The amino end of the product is more active than the hydroxyl group for acylation reagent, and it is easy to carry out reductive amination reaction. By using the reactive activity of amino groups, other molecules can be connected to them by generating stable chemical bonds (such as amide bond, carbamate bond, urea bond and secondary amine bond). They can be used to: prepare ligands with bioactive compounds; Carrier for polypeptide synthesis; Polymer grafts and PEG coatings were prepared; Peg glycoprotein ligands were prepared.
