肉粽Zongzi

泰国的肉粽粽子或巴昌是一种中国美食,由糯米制成,里面塞满了猪肉、蘑菇、中国香肠、咸鸭蛋黄、虾米、莲子、花生和用大竹叶包裹的甜芋头。所有材料在煮沸前都用白胡椒粉炒过。在泰国生鲜市场、超市和网络平台均有销售,均价在10-20元人民币之间。今年,泰国人将在2023年6月22日之前和22日之前吃到它。

 

肉粽Zongzi or Bachang in Thai is a Chinese cuisine which is made of glutinous rice stuffed with slided pork, mushroom, Chinese sausage, salted duck egg-yolk, dried shrimp, lotus seed, peanut and grounded sweet taro wrapped in large bamboo leaves.  All ingredients are stirred fried with white pepper before they are boiled.  It is sold at Thai fresh markets, super markets and online platforms with the average price ranged from 10-20 RMB.  This year, Thai people will eat it before and on June 22, 2023.
