The trend of interdisciplinary research in archaeology is more and more obvious，fine、 multi discipline has become an inevitable requirement and after the acquisition of the archaeological data in the new period. 

With the development of modern information technology and digital technology, digital field archaeology has become a trend. 

It mainly includes geographic information system technology, remote sensing technology, global positioning technology, 3S technology, as well as modern surveying and mapping technology, three-dimensional scanning technology, virtual reality ，etc.

 Many archaeological sites have continued to apply these techniques, in the field of archaeological excavations ，basic data collection and management 、surveying and mapping of relics、 digital cultural heritage protection and virtual reconstruction has shown incomparable advantages of traditional technology.

考古学跨学科研究的趋势越来越明显，精细化、多学科已经成为新时期考古学资料获取和后期研究的必然要求。

随着数字化技术的发展，田野考古数字化已经成为了一种趋势。

它主要包括以地理信息系统技术、遥感技术、全球定位技术等为主的“3S”技术，还有现代测绘技术、虚拟现实技术、物探技术与多视角三维重建技术等等。

在国内的考古发掘与研究工作中已经陆陆续续应用这些技术，并且在田野考古调查和发掘中的数字采集与管理、遗迹遗物测绘与成图、文化遗产数字保护、虚拟重建领域逐渐显示出传统技术无法比拟的优势。
