第二十一课　我决心以不同的眼光去看事情

J对第二十一课的指导：

you are blessed beings indeed

你们确实是深受祝福的存有

I am that one that you know is Jesus

我就是你们所认识的J

and this is one of the fundamental principles that you need to realize that you are pursuing in this practice 

这是一个基本原则之一，你需要意识到，你做这一课练习追求的是

you are determined to see things differently

你决心以不同的眼光看待事物

and that by assumption means that some of the things you are seeing now in interpreting are incorrect 

这个假设意味着：你现在对所看到的某些事物的理解，是不正确的

and you are acknowledging that by your willingness to practice 

而你意愿通过做这个练习来承认这一点

it is important for you to remember that you are going to change some things in your world by doing this practice 

对你来说，记住以下这点非常重要，即：通过做这课的练习，你将会改变在你世界里的一些事

this practice is a mind transformation process 

这一课的练习是一个心灵转化的过程

and therefore the world that is projected from your mind is going to shift and change 

因此，由你心灵投射出来的世界也将会随之转化和改变

this begins to bring up fear in the ego mind because the egos security and safety is in believing that things should not change specifically you 

这会让小我之心开始感到害怕，因为小我的安全与保障是有赖于相信事物是不应改变的，尤其是你

as you know the ego is an aspect of your mind that has developed using separation and fear as its foundation 

你们知道，小我是你心灵的一个面向，它是以分裂和恐惧为基础来发展的

and so now as we are going towards love as you are saying I need to change the way I see these things that I'm surrounded by

the ego will begin to argue with you and say

well hang on a second we've set up all of these defenses we've set up all of these ways of doing things to keep you safe and away from potential danger ie are the beings

because that is one of the things that the ego wants to do

it wants to keep you away from other beings because it perceives that they are going to injure you or hurt you

and that your control of your environment through defensiveness and attack is what is actually keeping you safe 

只有通过防御和攻击来控制你的环境，才能真正保障你的安全

but the truth is it is actually what's making you miserable or sick 

但真相是，实际上这只能让你感到痛苦或是生病

and so it is important for you to know that as you go through these lessons 

所以，当你进行这些练习时，知道下面这一点是非常重要的，即：

that voice of argumentativeness is going to present itself on a regular basis and may be quite loud at times 

争论的声音会例行出现，有时音量还很大

but you must go back to the reasons that you began this course you must go back to the reasons that you felt that you needed to have your mind changed 

但你有必要回头看看当初你决定开始课程的原因，你必须回想你觉得你需要改变心灵的理由

it is important that you revisit your initial decision to start the lessons of A Course in Miracles 

回顾你当初做出开始学习《奇迹课程》的决定，对你来说非常重要

so that you do not forget and listen to the voice of the ego that says 

因此你不要忘了，转而听从小我的声音，它会说：

hey we were doing great without all of this discipline that's being asked of us let's go back to doing what we have always known and what we have always done 

嘿，如果没有这些种种的规矩，我们会过的不错。让我们回去做我们过去一直知道，并且过去一直都在做的吧

but as you know if you always do what you have always done 

但就如你所知道的，如果你总是做你过去一直在做的

you will always get what you have always gotten 

你就会总是会得到你过去一直得到的

and if that is not what you want and how you wish to express yourself and live 

如果那并非你所要的，并不是你表达自己和生活的方式

then you must be determined to continue on these lessons regardless of the commentary 

那么你就必须决定继续这些练习，而不要再管那些评论

that's coming from the separated part of your mind which you call the ego mind 

那些评论都是从你心灵中分裂的部分，也就是所谓的小我，发出来的

and so we are very proud of you for coming this far 

所以，我们对你能练习那么久而感到骄傲

and we challenge you today to begin to share these videos 

今天，我们要开始给你一个挑战，就是分享这些视频

whether or not you feel that anyone else in your group or your gathering place your Facebook page for example is going to understand them

it is a great gift to humanity for you to share this series of lessons for those beings who may be suffering and may not know of its existence

it is a wonderful wonderful thing for you to contemplate doing

and if you are too frightened to do it

because you fear persecution or judgment from others then you can look at that little secret 

因为你害怕别人的迫害或是评判，那么，你就去看看这个小秘密

that is hiding in your mind that you care more about what others think than for the health and well-being of your fellow brothers and sisters 

这个隐藏在你心灵中的秘密，就是：你关心别人的想法，有甚于你兄弟或姐妹的健康和幸福

that is a good thing to note that is looking in your mind 

可以在你的心灵中看到这一点，是非常不错的一件事

and you can work on that as well as we go through these lessons
