约翰福音3:6-10
6 τὸ γεγεννημένον ἐκ τῆς σαρκὸς σάρξ ἐστιν, καὶ τὸ γεγεννημένον ἐκ τοῦ πνεύματος πνεῦμά ἐστιν.
3:6 Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.
3:6 从肉身生的、就是肉身．从灵生的、就是灵。
τὸ γεγεννημένον = the born 那被生的
ἐκ = out of 从……
τῆς σαρκὸς = of the flesh 那肉身的
σάρξ = flesh 肉身
ἐστιν = it is 它是
καὶ = and 而
τὸ γεγεννημένον = the born 那被生的
ἐκ = out of 从……
τοῦ πνεύματος = of the spirit 那灵的
πνεῦμά = spirit 灵
ἐστιν = it is 它是
7 μὴ θαυμάσῃς ὅτι εἶπόν σοι, Δεῖ ὑμᾶς γεννηθῆναι ἄνωθεν.
3:7 You should not be surprised at my saying, 'You must be born again.'
3:7 我说、你们必须重生、你不要以为希奇。
μὴ = not 不
θαυμάσῃς = you should be amazed 你们当觉得希奇
ὅτι = for 因为
εἶπόν = I said 我说
σοι = to you 给你
Δεῖ = it have to 必须
ὑμᾶς = you 你们
γεννηθῆναι = to be born 去被生
ἄνωθεν = from above, again 从上面，再一次
3:11 I tell you the truth, we speak of what we know, and we testify to what we have seen, but still you people do not accept our testimony.
3:12 I have spoken to you of earthly things and you do not believe; how then will you believe if I speak of heavenly things?
3:13 No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven--the Son of Man.
3:14 Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the desert, so the Son of Man must be lifted up,
3:15 that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life.
3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
8 τὸ πνεῦμα ὅπου θέλει πνεῖ, καὶ τὴν φωνὴν αὐτοῦ ἀκούεις, ἀλλ' οὐκ οἶδας πόθεν ἔρχεται καὶ ποῦ ὑπάγει: οὕτως ἐστὶν πᾶς ὁ γεγεννημένος ἐκ τοῦ πνεύματος.
3:8 The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit."
3:8 风随着意思吹、你听见风的响声、却不晓得从那里来、往那里去．凡从圣灵生的、也是如此。
τὸ πνεῦμα = the spirit, the wind 那风
ὅπου = where 何处
θέλει = it wants 它想要
πνεῖ = to blow 去吹
καὶ = and 而
τὴν φωνὴν = the sound 那声音
αὐτοῦ = its 它的
ἀκούεις = we hear 我们听见
ἀλλ' = but 而
οὐκ οἶδας = not you know 你不知道
πόθεν = from where 从哪里
ἔρχεται = it comes 它来
καὶ = and 而
ποῦ = where 哪里
ὑπάγει = it leaves 他离去
οὕτως = so 如此
ἐστὶν = it is 它是
πᾶς = every 每一个
ὁ γεγεννημένος = the born 被生的
ἐκ τοῦ πνεύματος = out of the spirit 从灵
9 ἀπεκρίθη Νικόδημος καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ, Πῶς δύναται ταῦτα γενέσθαι;
3:9 "How can this be?" Nicodemus asked.
3:9 尼哥底母问他说、怎能有这事呢。
ἀπεκρίθη = he answered 他回复道
Νικόδημος = Nicodemus 尼哥底母
καὶ = and 而
εἶπεν = he said 他说
αὐτῷ = to him 对他
Πῶς = how 如何
δύναται = it is able 它能
ταῦτα = these 这些
γενέσθαι = to happen 去发生
10 ἀπεκρίθη Ἰησοῦς καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ, Σὺ εἶ ὁ διδάσκαλος τοῦ Ἰσραὴλ καὶ ταῦτα οὐ γινώσκεις;
3:10 "You are Israel's teacher," said Jesus, "and do you not understand these things?
3:10 耶稣回答说、你是以色列人的先生、还不明白这事吗?
ἀπεκρίθη = he replied 他回复道
Ἰησοῦς = Jesus 耶稣
καὶ = and 而
εἶπεν = he said 他说
αὐτῷ = to him 对他
Σὺ = you 你
εἶ = you are 你是
ὁ διδάσκαλος = the teacher 那夫子
τοῦ Ἰσραὴλ = of Israel 以色列的
καὶ = and 而
ταῦτα = these 这些
οὐ = not 不
γινώσκεις = you know 你知道
