For high school students or above, they have to learn how to arrange the time properly ,how to do the time management ,how to cooperate with other peers

I think learning new things isn't an age issue.  

There shouldn't be any stereotypes towards old people

I mean some old people still have lots of curiosity towards new things.

And they would like to keep pace with the changing world

As a result , it doesn't matter whether they're old or young .

As long as they want to learn , they will pick up new technologies, learn new things

Also, nowadays the new technologies, like mobile phones and suchlike are quiet user friendly

So, it's easy for non tech savvies to pick up new skills

I think teachers not only impart knowledge, but also they are life coachers for students

Accordingly,  how teachers behave can have an influence on students.

Also, good teachers have lots of experiences to motivate ,to encourage students in their academic learning

They can combine psychology with academic knowledge into their teaching

Therefore ,it is easy for students to absorb  what they have been taught .
