2.2 Focused mode ：figure out math problem or above situation.

Diffuse mode: background, relaxed and not straining on one thing. Get ideas in the shower.

3.Shadowing

-use to master intonation and polish up your accent

-from Day 1, improving your pronunciation

-ability to recognize phonemes in natural language.(phoneme perception)

listening to some audio of a native speaker talking (hear natural language)

and just mimic their pronunciation and intonation.

not every word though (two syllables at a time or two words at a time)
