RAC单独修改scanip到不同网段时会报错

在虚拟环境RAC中，测试修改scanip到与public ip不同的网段
public ip：
rac1:192.168.133.120
rac2:192.168.133.121
scan ip:192.168.133.130
现将scan ip修改到192.168.13网段
出现报错：
PRCS-1076 : Invalid Single Client Access Name scanip. The subnet 192.168.13.0 of SCAN VIP 192.168.13.130 differs from the subnet 192.168.133.0 of network 1
多次测试，scanip无法单独修改到不同网段
查询官方文档：
PRCS-01076: Invalid Single Client Access Name {0}. The subnet {1} of SCAN VIP {2} differs from the subnet {3} of network {4}

Cause: The SCAN VIPs resolved from the specified Single Client Access Name are in a subnet that differs from the network's subnet.

Action: Use the SCAN name that can be resolved to the SCAN VIPs in the same subnet of network resource.

如果要修改scan ip到不同网段，public ip也需要同步修改
