1. 断开长难句：找谓语动词（is、are、need to do、would be、ensures、has）发现有6个谓语动词，因此这个长难句讲了六件事，应该被断成6段；找标点（，）、连接词（where、but、that、that）
2. there be句型是倒装句，正常语序是many things are there we need to do，这是一个主谓主谓结构，直接在第二个主语前断开many things are there/ we need to do
3. 名词+从句省略了连接词表示定语从句，表示有许多我们需要去做的事情

1. Bill+介词短语+that引导的定语从句

• 小技巧

1. 对于意思感觉很奇怪的句子，可以进行直译，比如In a world where average is officially over.→在一个普通正式地结束了的世界。
