桓范/Huan Fan, 孟优/Meng You, 陈泰/Chen Tai, 孙綝/Sun Chen, 孙瑜/Sun Yu, 郤正/Xi Zheng, 刘宠&骆俊/Liu Chong & Luo Jun, 乐綝/Yue Chen

桓范/Huan Fan (Wei 3)
Expansion Pack: 计将安出

Wei's official, he was called 智囊/Brain Truster because he often gives advice to 曹爽/Cao Shuang, the Big General of Wei Kingdom. When Sima Yi launched coup in Luoyang, Huan Fan suggested that Cao Shang enter Xuchang with Cao Fang, but it was not adopted. Finally, Huan Fan and Cao Shuang were caught and be killed by Sima Yi together.

【谏诤】 Advise Bluntly 
出牌阶段限一次，你可观看一名其他角色的手牌，然后若其中有你可以使用的牌，你可以获得并使用其中一张。若你未获得或未使用，则横置你与其的武将牌，然后其观看你的手牌。
1 time in your Play Phase, you can see another character's hand cards, then if the cards you can use exist in these cards, you can get one in them and use it. If you haven't gotten or haven't used, rotate the characters of you and him, then he sees your hand cards.
【腹谋】 Strategy In The Belly

孙綝/Sun Chen (Wu 4)
Expansion Pack: 绕庭之鸦

Wu's Influential official, he and 孙峻, his elder Brother killed 诸葛恪/Zhuge Ke and took control of the Wu regime. Later, He dethroned 孙亮/Sun Liang, and made 孙休/Sun Xiu the third emperor of Wu Kingdom. However, Sun Xiu hated Sun Chen's power at court, so he teamed up with 丁奉/Ding Feng to kill him.

【自固】 Consolidate Oneself 
出牌阶段限一次，你可弃置1张牌，然后获得场上一张装备牌。若你没有因此获得其他角色的牌，你摸一张牌。
1 time in your Play Phase, you can discard 1 card, then get 1 Equipment Card on the desk. If you don't get other character's card in this way, you draw 1 card.
(Even Though no Equipment Card can be gotten, Sun Chen still can draw 1 card)
【作威】 Tyrannically Abuse Own Power 
当你于回合内使用牌时，若你当前手牌数：大于X，可令此牌不可响应；等于X，可对一名其他角色造成1点伤害；小于X，可摸2张牌然后本回合此技能失效（X为你装备区的牌数量且至少为1）。
When you use card in your turn, if your hand cards are:
more than X, you can order this card can't be responded;
same with X, you can cause 1 damage to another character;
less than X, you can draw 2 cards, then this skill is invalid in this turn.
(X is the number of Card in your Equipment Zone, and the minimum is 1)

孙瑜/Sun Yu (Wu 3)

Expansion Pack: 皇家贵胄

Sun Quan's elder male cousin, he had followed Zhou Yu and Sun Quan to fight.

【劝守】 Persuade The Defense 
一名角色的回合开始时，若其手牌数小于其体力上限，你可以令其选择一项：1. 将手牌摸至体力上限，然后本回合使用【杀】次数-1（至多摸五张）；2. 本回合使用的牌被抵消后你摸一张牌。
When a character's turn begins, if his hand cards are less than his life limit, you can order him to choose: 1. draw cards until his hand cards are same with his life limit (draw at most 5 cards), then the number of times he uses Attack in this turn -1; 2. after the card that be used in this turn is offset, you draw 1 card.
【设学】 Set Up The School 
出牌阶段开始时，你可以将一张牌当作上回合的角色出牌阶段使用的最后一张基本牌或普通锦囊牌使用；出牌阶段结束时，你可以令下回合的角色于其出牌阶段开始时选择是否将一张牌当作你出牌阶段使用的最后一张基本牌或普通锦囊牌使用。
When your Play Phase begins, you can use a card as last Basic Card/Normal Scroll Card the character who played last turn used in his Play Phase.
When your Play Phase ends, you can order the character who will play next turn, when his Play Phase begins, he can use a card as last Basic Card/Normal Scroll Card you use in your Play phase.

郤正/Xi Zheng (Shu 3)

Shu's official, when he was a young adult, he was good at writing articles. He is not heavy fame and fortune, but he is fascinated by literature. 

【耽意】 Concentrate 
你使用牌指定目标后，若此牌目标与你使用的上一张牌完全相同，你可以摸X张牌（X为此牌目标数）。

【文灿】 Brilliant Writing 
出牌阶段限一次，你可以选择至多两名体力值不同且与你不同的角色，这些角色依次选择一项：1. 弃置两张花色不同的牌；2. 你本回合对其使用牌无次数限制。
1 time in your Play Phase, you can choose 2 characters whose life point are different and their life points are also different with you, they choose in turn: 1. discard 2 cards with different suits; 2. the card you use to him doesn't have limit about the number of times.

刘宠&骆俊/Liu Chong & Luo Jun (Qun 3)

Expansion Pack: 悬壶济世

The last king and last premier in Chen(陈) Vassal State of East Han. Due to Liu Chong's bravery and Luo Jun's relief efforts to the people, Chen State still rich and strong in East Han. 
However, due to rejecting Yuan Shu's request for food, Liu Chong and Luo Jun were assassinated by 张闿/Zhang Kai, the assassin dispatched by Yuan Shu.

【悯泽】 Relief
出牌阶段每名角色限一次，你可以将至多两张牌名不同的牌交给一名手牌数小于你的角色，若其因此手牌数大于你，本阶段你不能再使用此技能。结束阶段，你将手牌补至X张（X为本回合你因此技能失去牌的牌名数且至多为5）。
Every character 1 time in your Play Phase, you can give at most 2 cards with different names to a character who hand cards are less than you, then if his hand cards are more than you, you can't launch this skill anymore in this phase. When your End Phase begins, you draw cards until you have X hand cards. (X is the number of card names you lose because of this skill in this turn, and the maximum is 5)
【击逆】 Defeat The Rebel
当你受到伤害后，你可以重铸任意张手牌（每回合以此法重铸牌的数量不能超过你的体力上限）。若你以此法获得了【杀】，你可对伤害来源使用一张无视距离且不可响应的【杀】。
After you take damage, you can recast any hand cards (the cards you recast in this way can't more than your life limit). If you get Attack in this way, you can use Attack to Damage Source. (This Attack doesn't have limit about distance and can't be responded)

乐綝/Yue Chen (Wei 4)

Expansion Pack: 芝兰玉树

乐进/Yue Jin's son, He often fought side by side with 张虎/Zhang Hu, the son of Zhang Liao.

【破锐】 Beat The Elite 
每轮限一次，其他角色的结束阶段，你可以弃置一张基本牌并选择一名此回合内失去过牌的（另一名）其他角色，你视为对该角色依次使用X+1张【杀】，然后你交给其X张手牌（X为你的体力值，手牌不足X张则全给）。
1 time in every round, when other character's End Phase begins, you can discard 1 Basic Card and choose a (different) other character who has lost card in this turn, consider as you use X+1 Attacks to him in turn, then you give X hand cards to him. (X is your life point, if your hand cards are less than X, give all)

[PS: Based on the actual testing of players, Yue Chen can't launch 破锐 to the character who plays current turn, so he can't launch 破锐 to Monarch when Monarch's first turn ends]

【共护】 Co-escort 
锁定技，当你于回合外失去基本牌后，“破锐”增加描述“若其没有因此受到伤害，你回复1点体力”；当你于回合外造成或受到伤害后，你将“破锐”中的“交给”的效果删除。若以上两个效果均已触发，则你本局游戏接下来你使用红色基本牌无法响应，使用红色普通锦囊牌可以额外指定一个目标。
Locked Skill, after you lose Basic Card out of your turn, 破锐 adds "if he doesn't take damage in this way, you recover 1 life point." in the end. 

After you cause or take damage out of your turn, you delete the give card effect in 破锐. 

If both of the above effects are triggered, in this match, your Red Basic Card can't be responded, your Red Normal Scroll Card can choose extra 1 target.
