导致急性下壁和前壁导联ST段抬高心肌梗塞最常见的阻塞部位是哪里？

Answer 答案：

Acute inferior STEMI combined with RV infarct, is almost always due to occlusion of the proximal RCA resulting in a small inferior infarct in the LV but extensive RV infarct。

合并右室梗塞的急性下壁ST段抬高心肌梗塞，几乎都是由近端右冠脉阻塞所致，导致左室下壁小面积梗塞和右室大面积梗塞。
