- (10s*2)between between crossover,双胯下+ 体前crossover+减速背后crossover(拉回)
- (4次)double/in&out/through the legs:in&out+in&out(假突)+胯下换边(真突),节奏慢、快、快
- (4+4次)through/forward/snatch:胯下突破、推球、交叉拉回(可触地)
- (20s)retret dribble,侧身后撤,转髋重置脚步,眼神误导,突破拉回,换边重复
- (10s*2)freestyle,10s原地+10s移动+变速
