Are there anymartial arts that you practice?

Presently no.I'm woefully out of fighting shape. I boxed for years during and after highschool. Our coach cross trained us in chute fighting and muai thai to reallylean into the conditioning, and honestly it was the best non strength trainingstuff I'd ever done. You really get a handle on what you're made of. Idesperately miss martial arts training and am hoping that with MPN's releaseI'll have a few bucks to get me back into it in a regular capacity..

Do you recommendcutting out a lot of sodium for bulking and building abs, and would regular nonwhole wheat bread be okay for that too? 🤔

Milk, pasta,chicken are your friends for building muscle on a budget. If you're trying toget your abs to show you might wanna slim up though, figure out what you'retrying to do and build a plan around that, be it getting bigger and stronger orleaner or what. Watching your sodium intake is really only necessary if you gotblood pressure issues, from what I understand. Primo advice from Thrall:

Do you believebeing self-critical helps?

To a degree it'simportant to be introspective and want to push yourself but I personally tookthat too far, as I was letting unchecked malice reign over that, causing whatshould be some thoughtful self examination become a straight up from-the-insidebeat down, and nobody needs that.
