希伯来语祷文：众父与众母avot ve'imatot

אֲדֹנָי שְׂפָתַי תִּפְתָּח וּפִי יַגִּיד תְּהִלָּתֶךָ׃

1 בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה

 יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ וֵאלֹהֵי אֲבוֹתֵינוּ וְאִמוֹתֵינוּ.

2 אֱלֹהֵי אַבְרָהָם, אֱלֹהֵי יִצְחָק, וֵאלֹהֵי יַעֲקֹב,

3 אֱלֹהֵי שָׂרָה, אֱלֹהֵי רִבְקָה, אֱלֹהֵי לֵאָה, וֵאלֹהֵי רָחֵל.

4 הָאֵל הַגָּדוֹל הַגִּבּוֹר וְהַנּוֹרָא אֵל עֶלְיוֹן

5 גּוֹמֵל חֲסָדִים טוֹבִים וְקוֹנֵה הַכֹּל

6 וְזוֹכֵל חַסְדֵּי אָבוֹת וְאִמָהוֹת

7 וּמֵבִיא גְאוּלָה לִבְנֵי בְנֵיהֶם

8 לְמַעַן שְׁמוֹ בְּאַהֲבָה׃

 9 מֶלֶךְ עוֹזֵר וּמוֹשִׁיעַ וּמָגֵן׃

10 בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ,

מָגֵן אַבְרָהָם וְעֶזְרַת שָׂרָה.

上主，我的唇要开启，我的嘴要诵读你的赞美：

BLESSED ARE YOU, 

当受称颂啊，你

Adonai our God, God of our fathers and mothers,

上主我的神，我众父众母的神，

God of Abraham, God of Isaac, and God of Jacob,

亚伯拉罕的神，以撒的神，雅各的神，

God of Sarah, God of Rebecca, God of Rachel, and God of Leah,

撒拉的神，利百加的神，拉结的神，利亚的神，

the great, mighty and awesome God, transcendent God

那伟大，大能，且令人生畏的神，至高的神

who bestows loving kindness, creates everything out of love,

他给予善恩，他创造万物，

remembers the love of our fathers and mothers,

他记念我众父众母在爱中，

and brings redemption to their children’s children for the sake of the Divine Name.

并带给他们子孙的子孙救赎，以他圣名的名义。

Sovereign, Deliverer, Helper and Shield,

得享权柄者，拯救者，帮助者，及盾牌，

Blessed are You, Adonai, 

你是当受称颂的，上主，

Sarah’s Helper, Abraham’s Shield.

撒拉的帮助，亚伯拉罕的盾牌。
