ACQUITY FTN 上出现 Zp-Axis home h/w fault（Zp 轴复位硬件故障）

故障描述

• Zp-Axis home h/w fault（Zp 轴复位硬件故障）错误信息

• 重新启动样品管理器不能解决问题

• 未更改样品板类型

环境

• ACQUITY UPLC H-Class PLUS Bio

• ACQUITY UPLC H-Class PLUS

• ACQUITY UPLC 样品管理器 - 流通针式 PLUS (SM-FTN PLUS)

原因

针在针滑架上没有锁定到位。

解决方法

1. 将针放回针滑架中。针应与凹口对齐，如下图所示：

2. 顺时针转动针闩，使其沿针滑架水平放置，且针就位。

3. 重新启动 FTN。

4. 执行 Z 轴校正。

5. 定义针密封件。

CAUSE

The needle was not latched in place on the needle carriage.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Put the needle back into the needle carriage. The needle should align in the notches as shown below:

2. Turn the latch clockwise so it is horizontal along the needle carriage and the needle is in place.

3. Power-cycle the FTN.

4. Perform Z-Axis calibration.

5. Characterize the needle seal.
