Diarrhea ：拉肚子；（英国：diarrhoea）Have/got diarrhea: I got diarrhea.我拉肚子了。

The runs/ the trots: 拉肚子；例句：I think I have the runs. 我感觉我要拉肚子了。She got the trots. 她拉肚子了。
