【VA-11 Hall-A】赛博朋克酒保行动剧情文本——第十七天（2）

　　整合自游戏文件夹steamapps\common\VA-11 HALL-A\scripts。包括全剧情中英文文本——各种不同酒触发的不同对话选项与剧情分支走向，以及Jill在家里的每日手机资讯。会有部分对话删减，重点提名某小可爱和某主播。

　　萌新可从零开始，若是对幕后趣闻＆故事＆吧啦吧啦感兴趣的老酒保亦可直接拉到最后一部分的后段。

Jill：我也很惊讶，不过更惊讶的是她居然还记得我的名字。

Jill: I was surprised too. I was more surprised she remembered my name, though.

 

Jill：而且同上次一样，她真的是个优雅的好顾客。

Jill: And, like last time, she was quite the graceful client.

 

Stella：天呐，所以所有那些关于她在生活中多么友好的传闻都是真的？太神奇了。

Stella: Man, so those rumors about her being really nice in person were actually true? Amazing.

Stella：我大费周折才搞到了返场演唱会的门票……

Stella: I had to twist some arms to get tickets for the encore concert...

 

Stella：而你不仅免费拿到了，而且还是偶像本人亲自给你的？！

Stella: And not only did you get them free, the idol herself gave them to you?!

 

Stella：你知道我现在究竟有多嫉妒你吗？

Stella: Do you have any idea how jealous I am right now?

Jill：这演唱会想必很有趣。

Jill: It'll be interesting.

 

Stella：你一定会爱死她的，相信我。

Stella：而他事实上也能够和势力大得多的人签下那些生意。

Stella: And he has actually managed to get certain contracts over other more powerful people.

 

Stella：全都多亏了他坚持做一个好人。

Stella: All thanks to being a nice guy overall.

 

Jill：听上去是好建议。

Stella：而且你会对我的易容技巧感到惊讶的，这种事戴个帽子换个发型就能轻松搞定。

Stella: And you'd be surprised at how easily I can disguise myself with just a different hairdo and a cap.

Stella：尽管她多半会不断跟我抱怨说她不需要这个，而我们也不该滥用公共资源。

Stella: Although she'll probably nag me about how she doesn't need it and we shouldn't abuse that.

 

Jill：哈哈。

Jill: Heh.

 

Stella：嗨，能给我来杯经典饮品吗？

Stella: Hey, can you get me a classic drink?

 

Jill：当然。

Jill: Sure.

Stella：这个？哦对，我知道。

Stella: That? Oh yeah, I knew.

 

Jill：你知道？

Jill: You did?

 

Stella：Sei告诉我了，我不介意的，不必担心。

Stella：不过，她也跟你说了那位……Virgilio的事情了，是吧？

Stella：用Virgilio Armandio这个名字搜索不到任何结果，但继续深挖之后我们找到了另一个名字。

Stella: Virgilio Armandio didn't net any results but after digging deeper, we found another name.

 

Stella：Timothy Mercury。杀死一名白骑士同僚后逃亡，被扣上了叛徒之名，目前状态为在行动中失踪。

Stella: Timothy Mercury. Branded traitor after killing a fellow White Knight. Declared MIA.

 

Stella：看上去他很擅长于隐姓埋名逃避追捕。

Stella: Seems like the guy knew how to hide himself.

Jill：你打算做些什么？

Jill: What are you gonna do?

 

Stella：至少要找到并感谢他，这是最起码的事情。

Stella: At the very least, seek him to thank him. It's the least I can do.

 

Jill：哦。

Jill: Oh.

Stella：我爸总是说，如果你赢得了某人的信任，他就会非常乐于为你效劳，这样对大家都好。

Stella: My dad has always said that if you earn someone's trust, they'll gleefully work for you, and everyone wins.

 

Stella：我们曾有一位年轻的园丁为深造工程学而离去，但他学成之后居然还回来了！

Stella: We even had a young gardener that left to study engineering. And he actually came back!

 

Stella：现在每个周末仍然会来照顾花草。

Stella: He still comes by every weekend to tend the plants.

 

Jill：啊，听上去真好。

Jill: Wouldn't all that tech be patented anyways? I get trying to crack it in the first place, but...

Stella: Zaibatsu have been so paranoid about making the White Knights untouchable that they never patented anything.

Stella: A patent would be in a database that someone could hack and retrieve valuable info from.

 

Stella：更不必说他们自己就正在没有经过任何授权的情况下使用其他公司的技术。

Stella: Not to mention they've been using tech from other companies without any authorization.

 

Stella：在他们看来不注册专利将有助于那种全面终止指令的实行。

Stella: And no patent registry in their right mind would approve of that global shutdown signal.

 

Stella：且不提它还可以同时使所有仍在装甲中的人丧失行动能力。

Stella: Let alone how it immobilized everyone still inside one of those suits.

 

Jill：所以那些维护法律的人们其实正在使用完全非法的装备？

Jill: So the ones that were upholding the law did so using suits that are by all means illegal?

 

Stella：就是这么反讽，你不觉得么？

Stella: The irony runs deep, wouldn't you say?

 

Jill：但是为什么要这么做？

Jill: Why do it though?

 

Stella：当你有了那样多的钱以后，你就会开始觉得自己能打破规矩，随心所欲为所欲为。

Stella: When you have so much money, you start thinking you can screw around with the rules.

Jill: Like genetic modifications or prosthetics.

Jess: Is it really that bad?

Jill: Let's say I wanted a treatment to change my hair color to yellow and my eyes to amber.

Jill: But just for the hair, I'd need to save minimum wage paychecks for 10 years.

Jill: Not only that, insurers still refuse to cover genetic modifications. Even the medical ones.

Jess: Nowadays, genetic modifications are pretty common everywhere else.

Jess: There's hybrids with scales as skin, but your skin is a side effect, the scales might just be dead skin.

Jess: Even if legally the scaly skin could make you a hybrid, you're not one necessarily.
