Currently, primary and middle school teachers are still heavily loaded due to multiple reasons, which inlude frenquently held examinations and evaluations, overlapping reviews, statistics and data collection, and missions assigned to schools and teachers from local authorities in safety maintenance, anti-crime, and pace-setter selection. This has greatly influenced the normal teaching and learning order, creating extra burden on teachers.
对此,根据《意见》精神,我们必须,精遵循教育教学规律,聚焦教师立德树人。大幅精简文件和会议。规范精简各类报表填写,减少调研、调研、统计等活动;
Given the conditon, we must precisely follow the spirit of the guidance and the principle of education, and focus on cultivating talents with good virtue. Meanwhile, we should cut rudantent documents and conferences, streamline list filing procedures, and reduce review and statistics campaigns.
提升数据采集信息化水平,充分利用现代信息技术特别是人工智能技术,提升教育管理工作的信息化、科学化水平。不要随意安排学校停课或让教师参与社区建设活动。切实减少中小学校教师不应负责的事项,要减少督查、检查、评比、考核等事项;要减少社会事务进校园。切实减轻中小学教师负担,进一步营造宽松、宁静的教育教学环境和校园氛围,确保中小学教师潜心教书、静心育人。
we should improve digital and scientific level of teaching management by fully leveraging modern information technologies, particularly AI technology. No one shall deliberately put classes on hold or force teachers to participate in community development activities. We need to eradicate non-relevant issues undertaken by the teachers and reduce supervisions, reviews, competitions, and examinations. At the same time, we should prevent social affairs from entering the campus, and concretely relief the burdens shouldered by primary and middle school teacher. More effort is needed to build up a flexible and undisturbed teaching environment and campus atmosphere, so that the teachers can feel free to focus on teaching students.
