Q&A 问答

Will there be any updates to the cera shop? We haven't had any changes to the avatar selection for years and the limited editions had the same items since release

It's not a small procedure to add big changes to avatar shop. They mentioned the recent avatar change in KDnF, so maybe we can have some hope like that. But at the moment, no plan.

Questions regarding Mileage Shop:

(1) Bring back megaphone in mileage shop please. paying 60k~100k per megaphone is just too much. It makes everything difficult for players (Recruiting people for raid/DCD, Trade and selling items, etc).

(2) Could you bring back the x3 pots back to the mileage shop? Rolling neo premium coins you may or may not have in hopes of getting them has become really frustrating. This is the case especially for those of us who have alts and have gone through the entire story so many times. The x3 xp pot in the mileage shop was the one thing that made getting alts to endgame less of a chore due to the lack of challenge in the main scenarios.

(3) Is there any chance the Holy Grail of Purification will be updated to allow Immaterial Essence upgrades? Immaterial / Dark Dragontongue Essence are the only raid fusions that can't be paid for with mileage right now.

Answer: Will be re-added soon. Regarding the Megaphone, one of the reason they were removed was because they were spammed and used too much.

9. 关于积分商城：

9.1 求求你还是把喇叭弄回来吧。一个喇叭60-100W还是伤不起的！这让玩家寸步难行，例如团本、寂静城组人，交易等。

Questions regarding Neo Premium: 

(1) The daily neo premium gift has been nerfed during last patch. Before it was giving out refined terras, which you could at least use for some raids or essence of the rift pouches. ryan cores and harmonious crystals on the other hand drop in dungeons by the dozens or even hundreds and are therefore entirely useless. Please update it again to something more meaningful, like beryl and/or Ominous crystals

(2) Will there be any updates to neo premium coin shop? There's useless stuff like guided stones and hell tickets in it. The neo premium daily box got updated (which I feel got worse...) and after the removal of neo premium contracts the coin shop has been meh for a long time. This makes everything that's not the FP increase feel almost useless.

10. 关于会员：

10.1 上次更新后这个会员的每日领取道具被削弱了。没更新前给的时空石起码还能用来打团以及裂缝礼袋。炉岩核和协调结晶体这些在白图都会大量掉落，并且也没啥用。希望再更新一下，给点更有意义的道具，例如金绿柱石和/或先兆水晶。

10.2 售货机硬币抽取的道具会有更新吗？这里面都还有些无用的东西，例如引导石、深渊票等。每日礼盒更新（感觉更没用），在会员到期后，售货机已长期处于无用状态。这使得所有除了疲劳药以外的东西都感觉几乎无用。

The release of the roadmap was very a positive thing. Given that our updates are structured a bit different from the KDNF updates, can we have confirmation about which update we're going to get QoL changes like FP express reward changes, and party size difficulty adjustment. For when the FP Express changes come, will the chance of rifts increase in FP Express?

This will be done through major update. We can't give you exact date or specific information.
