岗位1：BMS开发工程师 BASE：上海
工作内容：
岗位介绍:
1.设计及验证基于我司BMS芯片的板级电路应用。
2.BMS系统的软硬件开发设计。
3.执行我司BMS芯片的测试用例，设计相关测试电路及开发控制脚本程序。
4.系统级故障分析及解决。
5.对外客户技术支持，对内问题汇报及跟进/制定解决方案。
岗位要求:
1.电子相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经验。
2.有半导体行业或BMS相关行业工作经验者优先。
3.有工业储能BMS软硬件开发经验优先。
4.有新能源汽车BMS软硬件开发经验优先。
5.有NXP的S32K系列MCU软件开发经验优先。
6.在数字及模拟电路设计方面有一定的经验，熟悉各种常见元器件参数及选型。
7.有2层板PCB设计及review方面经验优先。
8.有C语言编程经验。
9.有Python编程经验优先。
10.熟悉常见的通讯接口，如SPI,II2,UART,CAN等。
11.熟练使用常见仪器仪表，如示波器，逻辑分析仪，频谱仪等。
12.英语流利者优先。
13.有良好的文档编辑习惯和能力。
14.要有较好的自学能力和责任感，乐观，积极并勇于创新。
岗位2：Test Engineer BASE：上海
工作内容
岗位介绍:
1.Develop test strategy and plans for manufacturing,qualification and characterization.
2.Implement ATE hardware and program as plan, to achieve release of new products and new packages on microcontrollers. These microcontrollers are complete SoC, including processor cores, embedded memories, advanced serial peripherals, and mixed signal functions like A/D, D/A, and band gap references.
3.Be a contributing member of the development team responsible for the IC definition, design, debug and verification, and production release.
4.The ability to work as team player and / or leader is essential.
5.Must be smart, flexible, and pragmatic, so as to balance competing demands and requirements.

4. DFT, NVM test, Scan, BIST,ATPG
5. At least 5 years of leadership experience
6. At least two years of work experience in JVs or foreign invested company
岗位3：Application Engineer应用工程师 BASE：上海
工作内容
岗位介绍:

工作内容：
岗位介绍:
1.学习IC spec和应用details (schematic, PCB layout)
2. 学习/修改/开发test cases
3. 熟悉GUI和用于覆盖集成电路功能的脚本
4. 测试当前软件并开发
5. 撰写报告并使用EXCEl表格
1.Learn the IC spec and application details (schematic, PCB layout)
2.Learn/modify/develop test cases
3.Get familiar with GUI and scripts used to cover the IC’s functionality
4.Test current software and develop future one
5.Write reports and work with Excel spreadsheet
岗位要求:
1.每周至少工作4天，至少持续3个月
2.懂模拟数字转换过程（ADC）的优先
3.懂串行数据通信接口的优先
4.有使用示波器和万用表的优先
5.懂Python的优先。
6.自己动手焊接技能
7.良好的团队合作精神，愿意在压力下工作。
8.良好的英语技能
1.Can work at least 4 days a week and last for at least 3 months
2.Knowledge of analog to digital conversion process (ADC) is a plus
3.Knowledge of serial data communication interfaces is a plus
4.Experience in using oscilloscope and multimeter is a plus
5.Knowledge of Python is a plus.
6.Hand-on, soldering skills
7.Good team worker and willing to work under pressure.
8.Preferably good English skills
