加拿大总理夫人确诊，特鲁多将隔离14天
当地时间12日晚，加拿大总理办公室发表声明宣布，总理贾斯廷·特鲁多（Justin Trudeau）的妻子索菲·特鲁多（Sophie Grégoire Trudeau）新冠肺炎检测呈阳性。目前特鲁多总理正在自我隔离中。
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's wife Sophie Grégoire Trudeau has tested positive for COVID-19, the Prime Minister's Office said late Thursday.
Following medical advice, she will remain in isolation for the time being. She is feeling well, is taking all the recommended precautions and her symptoms remain mild.
遵照医嘱，索菲将继续隔离。她感觉良好，已经采取了推荐的预防措施，症状仍属轻微。
Health professionals are set to reach out to people who have been in close contact with Grégoire Trudeau.
声明称，特鲁多本人“身体健康，并无症状”（“is in good health with no symptoms”）。
Trudeau will also stay in isolation for 14 days, but on the advice of his doctors, will not be tested because he has no symptoms.
特鲁多也将进行14天隔离，不过按照医生的建议，由于没有症状，他不会接受检测。
据了解，索菲此前到英国伦敦参加一个活动后，从11日晚开始出现低烧等类似感冒的轻微症状（began exhibiting mild flu-like symptoms including a low fever ），于是接受了新冠肺炎病毒检测，并开始自我隔离。
不过，特鲁多未出现症状，医生建议他继续日常活动，同时自我观察。但特鲁多出于谨慎，选择了自我隔离、居家办公。
"The doctor's advice to the prime minister is to continue daily activities while self-monitoring, given he is exhibiting no symptoms himself. However, out of an abundance of caution, the prime minister is opting to self-isolate and work from home until receiving Sophie's results," a statement said.
特鲁多原定12日上午与加拿大各省区领导人的会议已被推迟。
Trudeau has been forced to postpone a planned meeting with premiers to discuss the economic fallout from the coronavirus, as well as the recent plunge in oil prices that have pushed Canada – whose economy relies on fossil fuel exports – to the brink of a recession.

Canada has seen 138 confirmed coronavirus cases and one death. Seventeen new cases were announced in Ontario, the most populous province, on Thursday.
