Nimonic 901是一种可时效硬化的Fe-Ni-Cr高温合金,成分中钼、钛和铝的含量有显著增加,是以Fe-43Ni-12Cr为基,加入钛、铝及相等强化元素的奥氏体型时效硬化合金,并含有微量的硼和较低的碳,经亚稳的γ"[Ni3(Ti、Al)]相弥散强化,微量的铝可抑制γ"向η-Ni3Ti相的转化。该合金可根据最终应用的需要选择真空感应、真空电弧重熔和电渣重熔的组合进行冶炼。Nimonic 901合金在650℃以下具有较高的屈服强度和持久强度,760℃以下抗氧化性良好,长期使用组织稳定。该合金是早期发展的较成熟的合金,广泛用于制造在650℃以下工作的航空及地面燃气涡轮发动机的转动盘形件(涡轮盘、压气机盘、轴颈等)、静结构件、涡轮外环及紧固件等零部件。
