2️⃣手部动作
举手
raise / hold up one's hand
He raised his hand to wave.：他举起手来挥动。
She held up her hand stiffly.：她僵硬地举起手来。
挥手
wave one's hand
Gil waved his hand and the car moved off.：吉尔挥了挥手，汽车开走了。
万能的手：击打从轻到重
tap
Ralph tapped me on the shoulder.：拉尔夫轻轻地拍了拍我的肩膀。
- 轻敲、轻拍以引起注意
pat
She patted her dog on the head.：她拍了拍狗的头。
- 轻敲、轻拍以表鼓励、安慰、喜爱
knock

hung on to
He hung on to the railing as he climbed up the stairs.：他一边爬楼梯一边紧紧抓住扶手。
伸手
extend / reach out / hold out one's hand
The host extended his hand to welcome the guests as they arrived at the party.：客人们来到宴会现场时，主人伸出手来欢迎他们。
When the little girl fell, a stranger reached out his hand to help her back up.：当小女孩跌倒时，一个陌生人伸出手扶她起来。
He walked up, held out his hand and said: "Congratulations."：他走过去，和他握手，说:“恭喜。”
point at：用手指
He pointed at the empty bottle and the waitress quickly replaced it.：他向那个空瓶指了指，女服务员迅速换了它。
give sb. a thumbs up：竖拇指
She checked the hall, then gave the others a thumbs-up.：她查看了一下大厅，然后冲其他人竖了一下大拇指。
gesture for / to sb. to do...：做手势
The policeman gestured for us to stop.：警察比画着叫我们停下来。
clench one's fist：握成拳
She clenched her fists to stop herself trembling.：她紧握双拳，克制颤抖。
shake one's fist at sb.：挥拳头
He shook his fist at me.：他对我挥舞着拳头。
耸肩：shrug
- 以表不知道或不在乎
Sam shrugged and said nothing.：萨姆耸耸肩膀，什么也没说。
He gave a careless shrug.：他漠然地耸了耸肩。
拍肩：pat on one's shoulder
- 以表鼓励、安慰、喜爱
The old man pat the boy on the shoulder.：这老人拍了男孩的肩。
He gave her an encouraging pat on the shoulder.：他轻拍她肩膀以示鼓励。
搂肩：put one's arm around one's shoulder
He put his anm around her shoulder to comfort her after shereceived the bad news.：在她得知坏消息后，他搂住她的肩膀安慰她。
挽胳膊：take one's arm
He took her arm and led her across the busy street.：他搀扶住她的手臂，引领她穿过繁忙的街道。
张开双臂：open / stretch / spread one's arms
She spread her arms and the child ran towards her.：她张开双臂，孩子向她跑来。
投入怀抱：throw oneself into one's arms
grab / gather sth. into one's arms round sb. with one's arms
Overwhelmed with joy, she threw herself into his arms assoon as she saw him.：她一见到他，就兴奋地扑进他的怀里。
The mother gathered her crying child into her arms and comforted him.：母亲将哭泣的孩子抱入怀中，安慰他。
3️⃣腿部动作
根本就走不动道儿！
sb. is / was rooted to the spot
- root n. 根（茎）
When he saw the ghostly figure in the dark hallway, he was so scared that he was rooted to the spot and couldn't move an inch.：当他在黑暗的走廊看到幽灵般的身影时，他吓得呆若木鸡，动弹不得。
As the teacher announced the pop quiz, the students were rooted to the spot, their hearts sinking with dread.：当老师宣布要进行突击测验时，学生们都站在原地一动不动，他们的心因恐惧而下沉。
走（艰难版）
limp：瘸着走；跛行
l wasn't badly hurt, but I injured my thigh and had to limp.：我伤得并不严重,但我伤到了大腿，不得不一瘸一拐地走路。
stagger：摇摇晃晃地走；蹒跚；踉跄
l staggered and had to clutch at a chair for support.：我踉跄了几步，不得不抓住一把椅子扶稳。
stumble：跌跌撞撞地走；蹒跚而行
The child stumbled and fell.：孩子绊了一下，摔倒了。

tramp：脚步沉重地缓缓行走；踏

crawl：爬，缓慢行进
l began to crawl on my hands and knees toward the door.：我开始手脚并用向门爬去。

tiptoe：蚰着脚走；蹑手蹑脚地走

stroll about / along / around / through：散步；溜达；闲逛（take a stroll）
People were strolling along the beach.：人们在海滩漫步。
She took a leisurely stroll in the park, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.：她在公园里悠闲地散步，享受宁静的氛围。
roam：徜徉；闲逛；漫步
Barefoot children roamed the streets.：光着脚的孩子们在街上闲逛。
走（情绪版）
march：（坚定地）快步走
He marched into the kitchen without knocking.：他没敲门就快步走进了厨房。
stride：（有力、自信）大步走
His powerful strides reflected his determination and purpose as he strode forward.：他有力的步伐显示出他的决心和目标，他大步向前走去。
pace：（因焦虑或不耐烦）在...走来走去
He paced back and forth.：他来回踱步。
As they waited, she paced the room nervously.：在他们等着时，她在房间里紧张不安地走来走去。

hurry
The girls hurried outside, climbed into the car, and drove off.：女孩子们赶紧跑了出去，爬进车里，开走了。
rush
When the bell rang I rushed to the dining hall at once.：当铃声响起的时候，我立刻冲到食堂。
dash
He dashed into the room to grab his coat.：他冲进房间拿他的外套。
race
- n. 赛跑
The children raced to the playground to be the first ones on the swings.：孩子们飞快地跑向游乐场，希望能够成为秋千上的第一个玩耍的人。
storm
The children stormed out of the classroom after the bell rang.：铃声一响，孩子们冲出教室。

chase（after）：追逐
The police officer chased the thief through the crowded streets.：警察追赶着小偷穿过拥挤的街道。
She chased after her run away dog, calling its name in desperation.：她追赶着她逃跑的狗，绝望地呼唤着它的名字。
flee（away）：逃跑
When the bear approached, the campers fled in fear.：当熊靠近时，露营者们恐惧地逃跑了。
The thief stole the wallet and fled away before anyone noticed.：小偷偷了钱包，逃走之前没人注意到。

XX one’s way
She is determined to make her way in the music industry.：她决心在音乐行业中闯出一片天地。
- 体现某人通过努力或克服困难来到某个地方或实现某个目标。
pick / feel one's way：小心翼翼地走
He picked his way through the dark forest, carefully avoiding the fallen branches and uneven ground.：他小心翼翼地穿过黑暗的森林，小心翼翼地避开倒下的树枝和不平的地面。
edge / force one's way：费力地走
- edge n.（尤指灾难的）边缘
She edged her way through the crowded subway station, trying to find a space on the train.：她费力地穿过拥挤的地铁站，试图找到火车上的一个空位。
elbow / shoulder one's way：用...开路穿过人群...

跳、快跳！
leap（更高更远、迅速有力的）跳
We leapt over the stream.：我们跳过了那条小溪。
Startled by the loud noise, the deer leaped across the meadow and disappeared into the forest.：被巨大的噪音吓到，鹿跳过草地，消失在森林中。
hop：（单脚迅速的）跳
The bunny hopped across the grass.：兔子在草地上跳跃。
She quickly hopped onto the bus just as the doors were closing.：她迅速地跳上公交车，就在门关闭的那一刻。
skip：（愉快随意的）跳
The children skipped happily in the park.：孩子们在公园里开心地蹦蹦跳跳。

Upon hearing the exciting news, he jumped to his feet and cheered with joy.：听到这个激动人心的消息，他跳了起来，高兴地欢呼起来。
Everyone sprang to their feet when the principal walked in.：校长进来时，所有的人都立刻站了起来。
挣扎着站起来：struggle to one's feet
Despite the injury, he struggled to his feet and continued running in the race.：尽管受伤，他挣扎着站起来，继续参加比赛。
摇晃着站起来：stagger to one's feet
Feeling dizzy and weak, she staggered to her feet and tried to regain her balance.：她感到头晕和虚弱，摇摇晃晃地站了起来，试图恢复平衡。
