办理游泳圈CE认证流程：

1、项目申请——向检测机构监管递交CE认证申请。

2、资料准备——根据CE认证要求，企业准备好相关的认证文件。

3、产品测试——企业将待测样品寄到实验室进行测试。

4、编制报告——认证工程师根据合格的检测数据，编写报告。

5、递交审核——工程师将完整的报告进行审核。

6、签发证书——报告审核无误后，颁发CE认证证书。
