WHO is assessing the vaccine of China
After consultation with the National Health Commission, an international expert team of the World Health Organization (WHO) arrived in China on Jan 14 to conduct joint research with Chinese scientists on the origin-tracing of the novel coronavirus, the commission said.
"I'm pleased that a WHO team is in China currently working with producers of the Sinovac and Sinopharm vaccines to assess compliance with international quality manufacturing practices ahead of potential emergency use listing by WHO," Tedros said.
