Recombinant Protein A标记Agarose Beads琼脂糖珠/TAMRA四甲基罗丹明
蛋白A（Recombinant Protein A）葡萄球菌细胞壁的组成成分，42kD，能特异性的结合免疫分子的Fc区，特别是IgG。有4个亲和结合位点，耐热和耐变性剂（4M尿素，6M盐酸胍）。具有不在抗原结合点而与免疫球蛋白结合的性质，能形成含有A蛋白、抗体、抗原的复合物，以湿菌液为原料制取。
重组蛋白A可偶联到固体分离介质（如agarose）上，用于单克隆抗体或多克隆抗体的纯化。重组蛋白A可与多种报告分子（荧光染料、酶标记、生物素、胶体金、放射性标记等）偶联并不影响其与抗体结合的活性。这些偶联后的蛋白A衍生物可用于Western-blot、ELISA、免疫组化等的抗体检测。
