故障描述
无法在 MassLynx 的 Tune 页面中控制 MS
与 MS 之间失去通讯
MassLynx 窗格（右下角）出现错误信息 Instrument Not Present（仪器不存在）

原因
质谱嵌入式 PC (EPC) 未与主机 PC 建立通讯。
解决方法
关闭 MassLynx 软件和 MS 控制台。
找到仪器前面的 EPC 的复位开关（位于电源和状态 LED 下方的小孔），或者检查 TQD 中靠近电路和气体连接的内侧前面板门。
将一截 PEEK 管或回形针插入步骤 2 提到的小孔中。此处即为 EPC 复位开关所在位置。
等待 3 分钟，让 EPC 运行其启动序列。
打开 MassLynx 软件，确认 MassLynx 窗格（右下角）显示信息 Not Scanning（不扫描）。
打开 MS Tune 页面，确认真空读数“真实”且所有仪器正常通讯。注意：如果 MS 已放空，请打开 Vacuum > Pump（真空 > 泵），启动初级泵。
在 MS Tune 页面中，确认 MS API 气体可以打开，MS 进入 Operate（运行）模式，并且有合理回读。
附加信息
或者，如果上述软复位无效，您可以尝试以下方法。
重启 PC 电源。
关闭 UPLC 机架上的所有模块电源。
登录 PC。
重新打开 MS 的电源（如果系统处于放空状态）。或者根据上述操作按 EPC 的复位开关（如果系统处于真空状态）。
等待 5 分钟进行通讯。
通过在 Microsoft 命令窗口中检查 Telnet EPC，验证与质谱仪的通讯。
进入 Masslynx。

CAUSE
Embedded PC does not have communications with the host PC.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Close MassLynx and the MS console.
Locate the EPC reboot switch on the front of the instrument (small hole just below the power and status LED) or for TQD check inside front panel door next to electrical and gas connections .
Push a piece of PEEK tubing or a paper clip into the small hole mentioned in step 2. This is where the EPC reboot switch is located.
Wait three minutes for the EPC to run through its boot sequence.
Open MassLynx and confirm that a "Not Scanning" message is in the MassLynx pane (bottom right).
Open MS Tune page and confirm vacuum readings are "real" and that everything is communicating properly. Note: If the MS has vented, go to Vacuum > Pump to start the backing pump.
Within the MS tune page, confirm that MS API gas can be turned on, the MS into Operate mode and that there are sensible readbacks.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Alternatively if the above soft reboot does not work you can try this.
Recycle PC.
Shut all modules on the UPLC stack.
Login to PC.
Turned power back on to MS (If the system is vented). Or press the EPC reboot switch as described above if system is under vacuum.
Wait 5 minutes for comms.
Verified comms with Mass Spec by checking Telnet EPC in Microsoft command window.
Enter Masslynx.
