二、时态写作运用

 

1. 一连串动作：Sb. did A, did B and did C

Joe也朝我跑过来，把我抱在怀里，不停地拍着我的背。

我咧嘴一笑，跑到他们身边，紧紧地拥抱着他们。

2. 动作有先后：hardly…when/no sooner…than 刚…就

萝丝一听到消息就哭了起来。

Rose had hardly heard the news /when she burst into tears.

我们一到达火车站，火车就启动了。

We had no sooner arrived at the station/than the train left.

3. 事发很突然：  Sb. was about to do… when sb. did…
