Why are the avatars from the 2021 Avatar Collection untradeable? This is very inconvenient. I thought we were never going to get untradeable avatars anymore, especially after the recently untradeable Hyperdimension Type E package, so why is it back to untradeable? Two years ago our re-run avatars were in a tradeable box, but the avatars themselves were untradeable. Last year, the box was untradeable, but the avatars inside were tradeable. This year, the box is untradeable, and the avatars are untradeable. Why is this so inconsistent? Our clone avatar supply is small.

We talked this issue to sale team and had internal discussion. For the in-game cera shop, the full package look avatar box will be tradable. The Hyperdimension were account-bound and was completely not good. We're going to put avatar box will be tradable as will be seen on next week package. For the webshop package, the avatar box there will remain untradeable. For the rerun package, it's limited sale because we had released these in the past. They are not full package (e.g. no creature aura title) and only look avatar, it will not always be tradable for rerun avatar. But for future rerun avatar, will re-consider this issue.

The new player experience in DFOG is very rough and drives players off.  Many players are frustrated at the current Cera Shop gate system.  Would it be possible to have DFOG unique New Player Experience to help get more players to stick with the game?

They have addressed this in the past. Mainly to prevent charge back issue.

Does Neople have any plans on being more transparent with their updates? From the latest ex stream, the answer given to players was a simple "not to expect any small patches releasing along the way". With that being said, I think it's more than reasonable for the players to at least get a little insight on what's being prepared for the next big patch or even provide a more in depth road map, as all we've had is just a roadmap that says we're getting Warpath in Q1 for the past couple of months (no date, no month, just Q1). Personally, this may discourage a lot of players regarding Neople's management of DFO lately, taking into account the latest terrible experiences with the Avatar Reruns and things like the December sales providing Cera for Echo Megaphones as a "Deal".

We're planning to show you the update schedule. In advance, we will show you the road map of the big update and what are included but we can't give you the full schedule of 2023.

Is DFOG going to have a larger gap between Warpath and Bakal raid? people in our server need extra time to try to get 40k on their characters

DJ said it's hard to hit 40k but possible. It's even harder for buffer. This year, you can expect to have WarPath then Anniversary then Bakal raid to be connected so look forward to various events to help boost fame.

As mentioned, we will show brief detail when next big update will come and what are included but we need to get through with internal team first. The client can change based on our server circumstances. It's really depends on if our internal test are working fine or not. If the testing are good, we can confirm and provide you detail through ExStream.
