推理文学百年史（28）-奥斯汀·弗里曼
奥斯汀·弗里曼（R. Austin Freeman，1862年4月11日-1943年9月28日）
英国侦探小说家，最杰出的成就是创造了以法医学侦探约翰·埃文林·桑戴克（Dr.John Thorndyke）为主角的系列故事，并开创了“反叙式侦探小说”（inverted detective story, 指的是小说开篇先叙述案件发生的经过，后经侦探推演并找到真相的叙事结构）,也就是我们现在常说的‘倒叙推理’。
