From that day on, I began to pay closer attention to the natural world around me. I took walks in the park, watched the birds at my bird feeder, and marveled at the beauty of the changing seasons. And every time I saw a hummingbird, I remembered the little creature that had touched my life and inspired me to see the world in a new light.

From than day on, I made a conscious effort to be more mindful, to take time to appreciate the small things, and to live wiht a greater sense of joy and gratitude.

From that day on, whenever I saw a humming bird, I smiled and whispered a silent thank you to the tiny messenger who had reminded me of the beauty of life.
