中国传统文化是我们先辈传承下来的丰厚遗产。她无时无刻不在影响今天的中国人，为我们开创新文化提供历史根据和现实基础。传统文化在影响现实的同时，也必然在新时代的氛围中发生蜕变。中国传统文化犹如一条奔腾了五千年的永不干涸的大河，她亦旧亦新，不断吐故纳新，持续创新。
四级难度下的翻译（仅供参考）
Passed down from our ancestors, traditional Chinese culture is a rich heritage that keeps influencing Chinese people today, providing a base for new culture creation on our history and real life. She is both influencing our real life and undoubtedly undergoing great changes over time in the new era. While impacting the real world（2）, it has been undergoing creative transforation in the new era. Like a never-drying river that has been raging forward（3） for 5,000 years, traditional Chinese culture, both old and new（4）, presses on（5） with innovation by integrating new elements into its core values（6） and discarding the stale.（7）
1) 中国人用the Chinese nation一个“中华民族”概括了所有中国人
2) 影响现实：用the real world替代大家常用的real life
3) 不竭的河流用现在完成进行时直接通过时态体现出了不停止的形态，生动描写
4) both old and new，一个短语的精妙体现了“亦旧亦新”的组合，是英专的特征之一
5) press on表示继续前进，是“坚定地继续”，带有更强烈的情感特征，无需赘述
6) 吐故纳新：这里想表达的是“把核心价值融入新时代的元素，并把迂腐过时的东西丢弃”，这里的翻译把这个特征体现了出来。
7) 用stale替代old：接（6）：不是全部的old都是糟粕，所以将糟粕剔除即可，采用了stale，另一个类似的词汇是obsolete。
这里说说四六级考生和专八翻译有何不同，我也不是英专生，但是和老师同学们分享心得之后，专八的老师给到建议时说：
这里提到了平时CET4和CET6很少能够去深度学习的语言特征和用词的考究性，区别英专，四六级偏向于“翻译对准”，把意思基本上表达出来，不出现大的语法错误或者明显不对的翻译，并且将中国特色词汇能表达出让人能理解的程度，就能得到通过的一个不错分数，汉译英占比是15%，基本到点能让自己拿到9%-11%问题不大。
而英专对用词有了更精细的要求，不但要意思到位更讲究语言的精炼和“雅”，语言翻译讲究“信、达、雅”，四级做到“信中有达”，六级做到“达中带雅”，而英专则在这之上多了一个“精炼”，对语言有着更深度的一层剖析：用简练的语言力争表达出所有的含义，精炼之处在于动词和介词搭配的灵活运用，力争少的从句，多的短语，巧妙的时态运用。有老师提到，外刊常用些精炼的小词，不在偏不在难，在深，把一个词的词义网挖得很深，也反而是这些词让人读起来觉得精彩。
这里也附上我个人做的翻译，相比之下显得自己还是才疏学浅了！
