45MIN SLOW: Only includes a minimal amount of HIIT & Cardio videos. It's basically the slower sister of the "45min Full Body" Plan. Slow routines, to build strength in a calm kind of way. More stretching is in here as well:) Suitable for muscle growth or fat loss, it just depends on your diet!
