Donatos Aphael is the Captain of the Blood Angels 2nd Company and the current Master of the Watch. As of 999.M41 he has served the Chapter for a century and a half.

多拿托斯 阿菲尔是圣血天使二连长以及现任守望之主（机仆：圣典团二连长应该都是守望之主，比如某西卡留斯）。到999m41时他已经为战团服务了一个半世纪。

He took part in the battle against the Necron World Engine, in which the 2nd and 4th Companies of the Blood Angels were deployed, and it was at his suggestion that a permanent shrine be raised on the world of Safehold as a monument to the Astral Knights chapter, which had sacrificed every one of its Battle-Brothers to destroy the Necron menace.

The 2nd Company later battled the Ork Warboss Gutstompa in the Battle for Antax. Like all Blood Angels, Aphael is vulnerable to the Red Thirst and temporarily succumbed to it in the battle against Gutstompa. He was also a major Blood Angels commander during the Diamor Campaign.

后来二连在安塔可斯世界上与兽人军阀搞托帕对战。如同所有圣血天使一样，阿菲尔受到了红渴的侵袭，并在战斗中暂时屈服于它。他也是迪阿莫尔战役（小说叛徒之恨讲的就是这次战役）中主要的圣血天使指挥官。
