大家都非常熟悉美国四大职业运动联盟NBA、MLB、NFL、NHL。除此之外还有一个NCAA。NCAA它是由全美国千百所大专院校所参与结盟的一个协会，全称全国大学体育协会，每年会举办多种体育项目联赛，最受关注的赛事是篮球赛和橄榄球赛。NCAA每年的篮球赛已同NBA全明星赛、美国橄榄球超级杯大赛一样，成为了美国人民心中不可缺少的节日。可以参考一下美国体育联盟十大名校。NBA篮球巨星迈克乔丹就是毕业于北卡罗来纳大学（University of North Carolina），在NCAA拿到篮球总冠军，然后进入NBA。

Army Black Knights football （陆军黑骑士橄榄球队）

The Army Black Knights football team, previously known as the Army Cadets, represents the United States Military Academy in college football. Army is currently a Division I Football Bowl Subdivision member of the NCAA. The Black Knights currently play home games in Michie Stadium with a capacity of 38,000 at West Point, New York. The Black Knights are coached by Jeff Monken who is in his sixth season as head coach. Army is a five-time national champion, winning the title in 1914, 1916, and from 1944–1946.

Navy Midshipmen（海军中尉）

The Navy Midshipmen are the athletic teams that represent the United States Naval Academy. The academy sponsors 33 varsity sports teams and 12 club sport teams. Both men's and women's teams are called Navy Midshipmen or "Mids". They participate in the NCAA's Division I, as a non-football member of the Patriot League, a football-only member of the American Athletic Conference in the Football Bowl Subdivision, and a member of the Collegiate Sprint Football League, Eastern Association of Rowing Colleges, Eastern Association of Women's Rowing Colleges, Eastern Intercollegiate Gymnastics League, Mid-Atlantic Squash Conference and Eastern Intercollegiate Wrestling Association. Navy is also one of approximately 300 members of the Eastern College Athletic Conference.

The Air Force Falcons are the athletic teams that represent the United States Air Force Academy. The intercollegiate program has 17 men's and 10 women's NCAA-sanctioned teams. The current athletic director is Nathan Pine. The majority of the Falcons teams compete as members of the Mountain West Conference.
