西维司他钠四水合物

Sivelestat sodium tetrahydrate(西维司他钠四水合物)是一种中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶抑制剂（对人类酶的 IC50 = 44 nM）。它对中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶的选择性优于 100 µM 的胰蛋白酶、凝血酶、纤溶酶、激肽释放酶、糜蛋白酶和组织蛋白酶 G。
