I'll go with the Ming for their ability to take out the Mongols, their innovative and accomplishments in literature and exploration. I believe they were stronger than the Tang dynasty, despite popular opinion.

Hmm... probably the Tang dynasty. The beginnings of the dynasty are the most interesting for me, and the Tang was a new height for Chinese civilisation. From a biased point of view, it's also the dynasty that influenced the development of Japan.

回复楼上 It was China in its golden age before it became the country it is today (it might look like an industrial superpower, but millions are suffering and living in desperation to make that possible)
