The classic presentation of Boerhaave's syndrome is Mackler's triad. What are the three components of this triad? 

布尔哈夫综合征（Boerhaave's syndrome）典型临床表现是麦克勒三联征。这个三联征包括哪三个内容？

Answer 答案：

Chest pain, vomiting, and subcutaneous emphysema on exam. In addition, patients are often tachypneic, tachycardic, and may present in shock. There may be decreased breath sounds on the side of perforation or with Hamman's sign. 

胸痛，呕吐，和体检有皮下气肿。另外，患者通常有呼吸困难，心动过速，并可能有休克。穿孔侧呼吸音降低或伴有黑曼征（Hamman's sign）。
