2.荧光素-dT亚磷酰胺概述
荧光素-dT 亚磷酰胺含有一个 DMT 基团,可以对偶联进行量化。 它可以作为 dT 残基的替代物插入到目标序列中。 它可以将荧光素标签添加到寡核苷酸序列的所需位置。 它与常用的 6-FAM 亚磷酰胺互补,不含 DMT 基团,只能在 5'-末端添加,从而终止合成。我们还提供 HEX-dT 亚磷酰胺、TET-dT 亚磷酰胺、生物素-dT 亚磷酰胺、生物素-dT CPG 和荧光素-dT CPG。
