It is an umbrella affirmation, “everything” means everything. This will cause you to inevitably experience things that will solidify this affirmation, making it normal for you to think daily; in other words, everything in your life will be perfect. Love, health, family, money, grades, jobs, whatever it is, if it goes directly against the affirmation “Everything in my life is perfect”, meaning, if something in your life is not perfect to you personally, it will either change, appear or vanish depending on your ideal outcome; which will be perfect to you. This will drastically improve everything in life, when you think of your dream life, whatever comes to mind you WILL experience simply because you have to. By that I mean, as long as you don’t consciously think against the affirmation “Everything in my life is perfect”, results are guaranteed to show.You can try this out simply by including it in your playlist and watching things unfold, it’s a bit fascinating to experience. This is a life changing audio if used correctly, you could argue there is no such thing, but this brings me back to what I said to you earlier; as long as you don’t think against the affirmation, for example by going “My life is so boring, I hate my life, I keep experiencing bad things, Why is everything going downhill?” (This is what you should not be doing, sorry if Its not very clear and easy to grasp.) Then you have to see results, anything other than your desired outcome is not even an option. Once you have the assumption that everything in your life is perfect, you’re pretty much set for life.
The affirmation is not sped up, just looped. I lost count so I could not tell you the exact number of times the affirmation was looped.

I've been listening to this alongside other things and I've noticed that I feel so great lately and I just realised that I was journaling earlier and I was literally rambling on about how great everything in my life is (and it's not like a manifestation journal or something like that) and I just wanted to say that I'm grateful for this :))

My results: since I started using this audio in my playlist I feel more detached. My body is more defined and shaped like an hourglass. I feel prettier in the pictures, my face looks more cute and I get more compliments (I used to get them before but now it's like everyone like me).
My confidence has increased and I feel emotionally good and calm). I have more energy to do my chores and social energy (as an introvert this helped me a lot). In general, I feel so good, beautiful and happy. My life is literally flowing perfectly.
I use this audio along with others for specific purposes, but since I added this to my playlist I have noticed many results. I'm still not fluent in English, hope my comment is understandable <3
