When looking at those celebrities and new influencers online网红, we can see that they are usually known for their extravagant奢华的、奢靡的 and glamorouslifestyle but not any achievements or contributions to the society. As these people are often deemed as role models for young generations, they may exert more negativeinfluence. 

Frist of all, the luxurious life奢侈生活 those celebrities are proud of is actually propagating传播 the money-oriented value金钱为导向的价值观 throughout the society. It is no rare to see young people, especially those living in megacities all focus on pursuing material success物质成功 by working long hours on a daily basis, sacrificing time to accompany their loved ones and even ignoring time to eat meals. However, the result is not always equivalent to their hard work. So overburdened with all types of workloads are today’s youngsters thatmany of them are vulnerable to and suffering from stress-related illnesses与压力相关的疾病, like anxiety, depression and insomnia.

Furthermore, young people growing up in a money-worship society拜金社会 are more likely to think in a superficial粗浅 and shallow浅薄 way rather than an independent and critical mode. People may assume that only by owning sports cars跑车, luxury brands奢侈品牌and penthouses豪华公寓 can they really be happy and be considered successful; otherwise, they would feel unconfident and frustrated. Young girls today believe that cosmetic surgeries整形手术 are the shortcut捷径 to a more successful and glamorous life. All they think about is to earn a fortune overnight一夜暴富 instead of learning and developing step by step. 

So from what has been analyzed above, I am convinced that in most cases celebrities （only famous for their wealth） exert adverse influence on young people and the whole society.
