重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子简称为rh-aFGF,同rh-bFGF具有类似功效,在弱酸溶液状态下稳定性更佳,但活性相比bFGF偏弱。主要存在于表皮基底的角质形成细胞内,是重要的促细胞有丝分裂因子和血管生成因子,对来源于中胚层和神经外胚层的多种类型的细胞具有广泛的生物学活性。
