1）不学习基础 

2）花太多时间学习你听到的每一个单词，而不是专注于实际单词 

3）不使用你学到的东西来造句 

4）因为你犯了错误而放弃/避免某事 

5）不听当地人说话或与当地人交谈 

6）强迫自己学习你不喜欢的东西/以你不喜欢的方式学习

7）在你学会说话之前就过于关注语法

1. Not learning the foundations

2. Spending too much time on learning every single word you hear rather than focusing on practical words

3. Not using what you have learnt to build sentences

4. Giving up/avoiding something because you made a mistake

5. Not listening to or speaking with natives
