I mean even 6.5 meters seems excessive. maybe an average adult male could throw that far if it wasn't a squirmy unwieldy baby, but I don't think I could even yeet a baby 20 ish feet unless I was like swinging it around by the legs. throwing it that far like a shot put or a football would make things alot harder.

LOT of people genuinely not getting why parents still count in months after the first birthday. It’s because of the huge developmental differences between babies/toddlers within that second year or so. It’s not to “make them sound younger” or to “drive childless people nuts”. If I asked someone how old their little one was and they replied “one” I’d be like aw cute how many months though? Because “one” tells you nothing. There’s a huge difference between 14 months and 22 months.
